General requirements for the properties we are looking for:

  • Area: minimum 5 ha in a single plot
    (optimally: 5 to 20 ha)
  • Location: away from residential buildings (minimum 800 meters)
  • Voivodeships: Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Świętokrzyskie, Wielkopolskie, Pomorskie

Land for new farms:

  • Please provide the property location (land register parcel number(s) along with the geodetic district and municipality)

Plots with permits:

  • Please share scans of any permits held (i.e., environmental decision or construction permit)

Existing farms:

  • Please provide the property location (land register parcel number(s) along with the geodetic district and municipality)
  • We consider both – active farms and old, inactive facilities

Each offer is reviewed individually. In further analysis of the property we may request additional necessary documents.
