Certified construction manager

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management and supervision of construction projects.
  • Planning and organisation of construction work.
  • Obtaining construction permits, planning-condition decisions and completion-of-construction formalities.
  • Keeping construction records (site logbook, protocols) and preparing reports. Working with the design office and public authorities.
  • Day-to-day matters on the construction site.

Requirements

  • Valid construction licence to manage construction works without limitations in the specialisation.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Engineer.
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations, technology and standards.
